- What a wonderful scene in all 3 services to have our moms at the front being prayed over!
- Seeing generations standing together was very special.
- Family Dedication was a wonderful experience. I believe there were 9 families involved. Love seeing parents commit themselves to their spiritual responsibility!
- Denise did a phenomenal job in all 3 services. It was an honor to share the stage with her.
- We thoroughly enjoyed speaking encouragement into the lives of our moms!

- Had a tremendous Get Connected with about a dozen new people in attendance. Love all the new people God is sending to Parkview.
- This week alone I met a family who visited as a result of our Living Nativity. I met a family that visited as a result of getting a water bottle at the park on ImpACT Saturday. I met a family who visited as a result of meeting one of our church families at a yard sale. It is all about reaching out for the sake of the kingdom and for the glory of God!!!!!
- Attendance was tremendous – we broke 800 again.
- Hammock First Baptist votes on their merger with us on May 6th. Please pray!! We seek heaven’s agenda and God’s voice!
- If you ever struggle with worry or are going through a difficult time then YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THIS COMING WEEKEND!!
- Our team going to Philly over Memorial Day weekend got their airline tickets today. Non-stop round trip $217 – you just have to love the little blessings of God!!!
- Looking forward to spending some time with our pastoral staff this week at this conference. Pray that God speaks to our hearts!
- Absolutely love the team God has given us!!!!

- I know I say this regularly but I am can hardly believe I have the privilege of pastoring Parkview. It is not always easy – but I love it more every weekend.
- I loved our weekend services.

- Our offering for them may very well have been the best ever for a missionary family. I will share with you the details this coming weekend.
- We had a great post-Easter weekend attendance.
- I met at least 5 new families visiting this weekend.
- I love our new guest gift bags.
- I thoroughly enjoyed our worship and it was a perfect match to the message. Thanks to the worship team!
- The elders and I led the Hammock merger Q&A last night at the Hammock and will lead the Q&A at Parkview tonight at 7pm.
- If you have ANY questions about the merger or the Southern Baptist component please be present tonight.
- I am so thankful for our staff, leaders and every single volunteer as we advance the Kingdom for the sake of the gospel.

- Amazing Easter weekend!!!!
- Jesus is alive and proved it this weekend at Parkview!!!
- 5 services – over 1,500 in attendance and a bunch of people who trusted Christ – I would estimate 30+. Look forward to hearing the reports later this week.

- Children’s workers were phenomenal. Ushers were spot on. Greeters were a tremendous first impression. Parking team made it happen. All who served had a part in seeing people come to faith in Jesus!!!

- I love Parkview and being the Pastor is a privilege
- Really enjoyed Get Connected with the new families!
- Had a great time with our church family at the celebration send-off for Steve and Amanda.
- It was a time of sadness and joy and because Steve was there we had a good bit of laughter!
- So excited for them as they embark on the new chapter!
- Really neat to see the hand of God in regards to Steve’s good friend Kelly becoming Steve’s replacement and the passing of the torch taking place on that last weekend of Steve’s ministry. Only God could have orchestrated that!
- This weekend I shared publicly for the first time in a worship service that we are having conversations with First Baptist of the Hammock about the possibility of them merging with us.
- I went over and preached at the Hammock for their Sunday morning service.

- I am very impressed with JD and his wife, Vicki. They have worked hard for the last 1 1/2 years. They have a heart to reach the Hammock and they are looking for the best way to accomplish the mission of God.
- I admire their kingdom-mindedness and desire to partner for the greater good.
- PLEASE PRAY that the Lord will reveal His plan.
- Our leaders and their faithful people (about 20) will meet with a consultant and attorney this Wednesday night.
- At this point all that both churches have agreed to is a conversation. I believe our meeting could give us some direction moving forward.
- We are looking for heaven’s agenda and God’s voice on the matter.

- I am overwhelmed at the power of the gospel!
- Loved having several people say to me today, “Let me introduce you to my friend”.
- Never get over seeing people in our prayer area coming to receive their new believers Bible.

- A lady who trusted Christ last weekend high fived me in the lobby this weekend.

- Loved launching The Gospel
- I had really been looking forward to this for a couple weeks. My prayer was to share with you the things that God has been sharing with me.
- Praise the Lord!!! We had a tremendous response to the invitation of trusting Christ as Lord and Leader!!!
- 18 people indicated they prayed to receive Christ and I loved watching many of them come after the service to receive prayer and a Bible.
- AMAZING!!!!
- I can’t wait for the next 2 weeks!!
- Whatever you do try to bring someone with you!!!
- If you bring someone with you, come to whatever service you want!
- For our regular attenders – if you can attend Saturday night that will help us free seats for our guests. Most of our guests attend 11am. In fact, 13 of the 18 who received Christ did so in the 11am service.
- 11am was packed this weekend – great problem to have!!!
- This past week I had 6 people tell me they would like to volunteer in Children’s ministry!
- Really excited about some of the things I see on the horizon of our Children’s ministry!
- If you are not currently serving you ought to pray about the exciting, life changing ministry to kids!! You can serve once a month, bi-weekly or monthly – your choice! You can also choose the service time in which you would like to serve! Email steve@parkviewlife today!!!
