Met several new families this weekend. Can’t say enough how thankful I am for the guests the Lord sends our way.
We had 15 people in get Connected today. A great group of people with great stories of how God brought them to Parkview.
Really enjoyed having Pastor Kelly bring the weekend message – Welcome to Parkview!
Thanks again for all who helped unload his families U’haul – 30 minute world record!!!
Kelly brought a strong message on the Helmet of Salvation.
Loved the Scripture referring to the hope of our salvation!
I got excited about my eternal security and guaranteed inheritance!!!
Last weekend was our largest Mother’s Day ever. This weekend we had a great attendance.
While our attendance was great, this was one of those weekends where I could not believe all the people that were not at Parkview. (Mixed emotions, gratefulness/sadness)
A special thanks to all those coming on Saturday night!!! Big crowd this past Saturday!!!!
Loved sharing the platform with our Training Team that is going to Cambodia in a couple weeks to set up Hope House. Please pray for Phil, Denise, Christie and Kayla.
The team ran out of supply donation lists and could not make up more because they would not be able to transport it all if it were donated.
Once again, the generosity of Parkview for world missions was tremendous.
In addition to taking prayer cards and supply lists over $900 was donated for purchasing supplies upon arrival.
The Cambodian Church that meets at 2:00 gave an offering of $500 to help support Kayla and Phil!!
Just imagine the lives that will be changed at Hope House in the years to come – WOW!!!
Love my job – love my church!!!!

What a wonderful scene in all 3 services to have our moms at the front being prayed over!
Seeing generations standing together was very special.
Family Dedication was a wonderful experience. I believe there were 9 families involved. Love seeing parents commit themselves to their spiritual responsibility!
Denise did a phenomenal job in all 3 services. It was an honor to share the stage with her.
We thoroughly enjoyed speaking encouragement into the lives of our moms!
Deuteronomy 6:1-9!!!
As parents we cannot outsource the spiritual development of our children!
Parkview does not desire to be a drop-off ministry but an equipping ministry!!!
Looking forward to our Summer family nights where we can once again invest in the family!
In the Fall Kelly and I will be doing a series entitled, Raising Happy Parents – can’t wait!!!
Had a nice afternoon at lunch with my wife and Mom!
Enjoyed having several first time guests with us this weekend. I LOVE it when someone says, “Pastor, I want you to meet my neighbor”.

Phenomenal worship at Parkview this weekend!!
Really liked the video on the worship of One!
Love seeing people trust Christ and then go get their new believer Bible!!!!
The Welcome Center tent and Volunteer/Group Life tents have been a huge help!! If you would like to serve at one of the tents just email rick@parkviewlife.com
Kelly has been working hard to take our Children’s Ministry to a whole new level. If you are interested in shaping the hearts and lives of children email him at kelly@parkviewlife.com
Really excited about the Joe Gibbs event coming to Palm Coast. Guys, if you have any questions or would like to participate email john@parkviewlife.com.
Had a tremendous Get Connected with about a dozen new people in attendance. Love all the new people God is sending to Parkview.
This week alone I met a family who visited as a result of our Living Nativity. I met a family that visited as a result of getting a water bottle at the park on ImpACT Saturday. I met a family who visited as a result of meeting one of our church families at a yard sale. It is all about reaching out for the sake of the kingdom and for the glory of God!!!!!
Attendance was tremendous – we broke 800 again.
Hammock First Baptist votes on their merger with us on May 6th. Please pray!! We seek heaven’s agenda and God’s voice!
If you ever struggle with worry or are going through a difficult time then YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THIS COMING WEEKEND!!
Our team going to Philly over Memorial Day weekend got their airline tickets today. Non-stop round trip $217 – you just have to love the little blessings of God!!!
Looking forward to spending some time with our pastoral staff this week at this conference. Pray that God speaks to our hearts!
Absolutely love the team God has given us!!!!
The mission is Life Change!

I know I say this regularly but I am can hardly believe I have the privilege of pastoring Parkview. It is not always easy – but I love it more every weekend.
I loved our weekend services.
Thrilled to have the Foltz’s as our guests. Check out more about them at www.foltzwagen.com
Our offering for them may very well have been the best ever for a missionary family. I will share with you the details this coming weekend.
We had a great post-Easter weekend attendance.
I met at least 5 new families visiting this weekend.
I love our new guest gift bags.
I thoroughly enjoyed our worship and it was a perfect match to the message. Thanks to the worship team!
The elders and I led the Hammock merger Q&A last night at the Hammock and will lead the Q&A at Parkview tonight at 7pm.
If you have ANY questions about the merger or the Southern Baptist component please be present tonight.
I am so thankful for our staff, leaders and every single volunteer as we advance the Kingdom for the sake of the gospel.
We are blessed with such a great church family.
We are blessed with an even greater God!!!!

Amazing Easter weekend!!!!
Jesus is alive and proved it this weekend at Parkview!!!
5 services – over 1,500 in attendance and a bunch of people who trusted Christ – I would estimate 30+. Look forward to hearing the reports later this week.
Beautiful sunrise service.
Each number is a person and each person has a story.
Our volunteers were amazing!!!!!
So proud of our staff! Love you guys!!
We were never so prepared for a weekend and it showed!!
So many new people serving!!! A special thanks to every single volunteer. Way to serve God and our city!!!
Choir and band hit a home run. Nailed it! What spirit, energy and dedication. God is The Great I Am!
Our best Easter Egg hunt ever – thanks Casper!!
Children’s workers were phenomenal. Ushers were spot on. Greeters were a tremendous first impression. Parking team made it happen. All who served had a part in seeing people come to faith in Jesus!!!
The reward of the resurrection is a relationship with the Redeemer!!

I love Parkview and being the Pastor is a privilege
Really enjoyed Get Connected with the new families!
Had a great time with our church family at the celebration send-off for Steve and Amanda.
It was a time of sadness and joy and because Steve was there we had a good bit of laughter!
So excited for them as they embark on the new chapter!
Really neat to see the hand of God in regards to Steve’s good friend Kelly becoming Steve’s replacement and the passing of the torch taking place on that last weekend of Steve’s ministry. Only God could have orchestrated that!
This weekend I shared publicly for the first time in a worship service that we are having conversations with First Baptist of the Hammock about the possibility of them merging with us.
I went over and preached at the Hammock for their Sunday morning service.

I thank Pastor JD for the invitation to preach.
I am very impressed with JD and his wife, Vicki. They have worked hard for the last 1 1/2 years. They have a heart to reach the Hammock and they are looking for the best way to accomplish the mission of God.
I admire their kingdom-mindedness and desire to partner for the greater good.
PLEASE PRAY that the Lord will reveal His plan.
Our leaders and their faithful people (about 20) will meet with a consultant and attorney this Wednesday night.
At this point all that both churches have agreed to is a conversation. I believe our meeting could give us some direction moving forward.
We are looking for heaven’s agenda and God’s voice on the matter.
PLEASE PRAY!!!

Met some tremendous new friends
Had a guest come who I have been praying for – that was exciting!

I am overwhelmed at the power of the gospel!
Loved having several people say to me today, “Let me introduce you to my friend”.
Never get over seeing people in our prayer area coming to receive their new believers Bible.
We ran out of new believers Bibles – I guess if we have to have a problem that is a good one.
A lady who trusted Christ last weekend high fived me in the lobby this weekend.
A guy from my small group got saved this weekend.

We have some very faithful high-capacity volunteers who serve the children and students of our church – I saw some of them in action this weekend – THX
